OAK Enerrtech positions itself as a “Contract Manufacturing” service provider in the Energy sector providing a “One Stop” integrated multi-discipline solution with a firm delivery commitment to all its customers.
The first Business Segments encompasses the following activities as part of packaged systems like USM metering systems, Well Head Flow lines and manifold systems etc
- Fabrication, Testing, Painting of pipe spools, base frames and platform structures
- Installation and Functional Testing of all free issued mechanical & instrumentation bought outs
- Demonstrating FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) for the assembled package as per customer approved FAT procedures.
- Lashing & Choking of assembled package or modules suitable for Inland or Sea mode dispatch requirements. Specialized vacuum packing can be provided based on customer needs.
- We are open to include supply of valves and instrumentation components as part of “One Stop” integrated multi-discipline solution provider.
The second Business Segments that we position ourselves into is “ASME U Stamp Standalone Pressure Vessels” through the contract manufacturing mode. The range of such pressure vessels will include the following but not limited to:
- Well Head Production and Test Separator vessels
- Downstream Knock Out Drum & Filter Separator vessels
- Columns for applications like Gas Dehydration, Gas Sweetening
- Vessels for Heat Exchanger applications
- Process vessels like Condensate Blow down vessel, Condensate Flash Drum
